Well, Jim left for Atlanta last Sunday. He had to wait for the "Big" snowstorm to pass us by before leaving. He would have made better time, but he got slowed down in Dayton. Took him almost 2 1/2 hours to get to the state line. Outside of missing us, he's doing well. Passing all his tests for school, going to the Atlanta Aquarium, and out running one very nasty storm on Sat. This weekend, he is going to visit his sister Shelley (and family) in Florida. He likes to rub it in that it is in the 70's down there. While it's still somewhat chilly up here!! He's hoping to be able to come home one week early. Though he keeps saying he's going to be down there longer. I told him he has 13 weeks or this kid is coming out!
Judd is doing great. Say's that he misses his daddy and asks when he's coming home. He is most definitely a little boy. He's trying to run all over Mommy! I have to say, that on some day's it works!! I just don't have the energy! Whenever I get on the phone, he starts chasing the dog and driving his 4-wheeler around the house. For those of you who happen to be on the other line--you know it's loud!! He found a new obsession--he likes to "cook" in the microwave and "drink" water. He pulls his chair over to the counter and "cooks" me his food and turns on the faucet to get me a glass of water, that promptly goes all over the counter. I grin and bear it!! It keeps him from chasing the dog!! Which keeps me from yelling.
Mommy is doing ok. Saw the Dr. last week. Had my sugar test. No problems there. Though my iron is low. So i get to take 1 more pill a day. And the biggest surprise--I'm measuring 30 weeks instead of 27 weeks. Thank you Lord, that I already know that there is only 1 baby inside. I haven't really gained any weight yet. As of now they are not to worried. Since I was a bit "fluffy" before getting pregnant. That is the Dr. talking. And since I'm measuring bigger, she's really not worried. So that is a bonus.
Well, only 6 1/2 weeks to go, before Jim gets to come home. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. So far so good!! Happy Easter and God Bless!!
