It's been awhile since I've posted. Life gets away from me. So many things to do and such little time! Jim went on a 1 week business trip at the beginning of November. It was very interesting to manage a full time job and 2 kids by myself. But I had great help from the sitters. I couldn't have done it without them. On Halloween, our dog got hit by a car. Thankfully he's okay but we had to take him to the Emergency Vet Clinic. Jim took Judd trick or treating. He was so excited to go! He was Boba Fett this year. He's very much into Star Wars!! Judd has been informing us of everything he wants for Christmas. Pretty much everything Star Wars and Spider-man.
Jim and I had our 6 year wedding anniversary in October. We went to a wonderful winery in Port Clinton and stayed at the Great Wolf Lodge. The boys stayed with Deena and Andy. Their oldest daughter Ashley stayed up all night with Wyatt. She was wonderful. She's watched them several times since then. She's so good with both of them.
Wyatt went to the Dr. yesterday. I took him to the Saturday Clinic. He was screaming non stop for 30-40 min. Low and behold he had an ear infection and bronchitis. So we got antibiotics and breathing treatments for him. He weighed in at 21 lbs 4 oz. I'm in such shock! What a chunky butt!! He's starting solids. I held him off for a bit. I just didn't think he was ready. But now he's eating like a champ!
I look at both my boys and I thank God everyday for such wonderful kids. Jim and I are so blessed. Sometimes we all take life for granted. That things will always be all nice and comfy. But that's not always the case. I hope that this Holiday Season, we can all remember why we are here and what Jesus did for us. To be thankful for everything we have and not ever take it for granted. To love our family like we need to. To look at everyday with a full glass, not a empty one. To cherish the ones that mean the most to us. To matter what.
